Job Description: Besko Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality school bags and festive items. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Experience in Line sales for FMCG will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
- 10TH Pass or Plus 2
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or wholesale.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
